Quality Assurance And Quality Control Method

“Quality”

is defined as that combination of design and properties of materials of a product that are needed for the intended end use and level of the market in which it is sold.

“Requisite Quality”

is defined as the design and composition of a product, which has been thoroughly proved by adequate development work, in order to establish its reliability under the conditions to which it will be subjected in use and to avoid producing too high a grade of product for the intended market.

Quality Assurance And Quality Control Method

TO ENSURE, AT MINIMUM PRACTICABLE COST, THAT THE REQUISITE QUALITY OF PRODUCT IS BEING ACHIEVED AT EVERY STAGE OF MANUFACTURE FROM RAW MATERIALS TO BOXED STOCK.

    Data Is Generated At Each QC Level. We Keep Recorded In Simple Systems To Provide Visual On-Going Checks. These Records Provide The Means For Personnel Accountability And For Rapid Feedback For Management Action.
